Demand Justice for Denied Pensioners

To the Minister for Social Services and Members of the Australian Parliament:

We, the undersigned Australian seniors and their families, call on the Federal Government to:

1. Conduct an independent review of all Age Pension denials in the past five years
2. Simplify the assets and income test to reduce erroneous denials
3. Extend the appeal deadline from 13 weeks to 12 months for seniors who were not informed of their rights
4. Provide free legal assistance to all seniors appealing a pension denial
5. Publish transparent statistics on denial rates, reasons, and appeal outcomes by state
